Fusion Systems is a US based company specializing
in the sales of heavy duty conveyor belting and related products.
Through contracts with European and Asian companies who are
ISO 9001 and 9002 certified, we are able to provide products
to the North American Market at significant savings over domestic
manufacturers.
The belting product range includes conventional
ply-type, single unit and dual unit straight warp, and also
steel cord. The standard inventory is made up of 2,3 and 4
ply belts (110 PIW poly/nylon fabrics with a 10:1 safety factor)
in widths from 24" to 84" and with a Grade II rubber compound.
Conveyor belts requiring 200, 250 and 300 PIW fabrics are
also available. Single unit straight warp belt constructions
up to 440 PIW will be included in standard inventory in mid-2002.
Rubber compounds that are available include Grade I, high
heat resistant (to 750 deg.), MOR and hot asphalt. Belt inventory
is maintained on both the east coast and west coast. Full
containers can be delivered right to your door with a 6 -
8 week lead time.
